OMNIPOD 5 CONTROLLER (PDM)

The Omnipod 5 system is a tubeless insulin delivery device, approved for individuals 6 years and older living with type 1 diabetes. Connected via Bluetooth to the Dexcom CG6, the pump employs the Smart Adjust algorithm to provide up to 60 minutes of glucose predictions. With customizable insulin delivery targets, and the option for doses every 5 minutes, the Smart Bolus calculator utilizes CGM data, trend, and insulin on board to adjust recommended boluses. Easily managed with a compatible smartphone or the Omnipod 5 Controller, the waterproof pods offer 72 hours of continuous insulin.
